During the Lady Gaga concert in Brisbane, an Australian man was thrown out due to his behavior and he is none other than Johnson Wen. The same person who grabbed Ariana Grande during her premier event of Wicked: For Good.
Johnson Wen posted on Instagram that security at the concert made him leave Suncorp Stadium on Tuesday night, even before the show started. He did not actually cause any disruption at the concert. But security still removed him because of all the trouble he had caused in the past.
People recorded videos that showed security guards holding his arm and walking him out. Some people in the crowd were cheering while others were booing.
The venue provided a statement to the Sydney Morning Herald. They said someone told them that a person who keeps causing problems at events might try to come to the concert and mess things up. Lady Gaga is about halfway done with her Mayhem World Tour right now.
According to the venue, they decided this person was a threat and should not be allowed inside. They wanted to make sure the artist stayed safe.
Wen became well known after he grabbed Grande at the Wicked: For Good premiere in Singapore. That city is famous for having very strict laws, especially about how people behave in public.
Judge Christopher Goh told Wen during the court hearing that he seemed to only care about getting attention. The judge said Wen was thinking about himself and not caring if other people got hurt when he did these things.
After everything that happened, Singapore also banned Wen from coming back to the country.
His social media pages have other videos too. You can see him jumping onto stages and messing up performances by famous musicians like Katy Perry and The Weekend.
What happened with Grande made a lot of people in Singapore really angry. Fans said Wen was hurting the pop star all over again by doing something like that.
Even Grande talked about it publicly, saying how she got post-traumatic stress disorder due to this one specific event.
